How to place an order in time for Christmas
Make sure you complete your order by 17/12/2017
The deadline is valid both for standard and express shipments, in the event that your destination is included in different service levels.
Check your address book: make sure that all addresses are updated and entered in the correct format and that the phone number is also provided.
If it is needed, modify the address, keeping in mind that the most frequent mistakes concern the following:
- name of the road either incorrect or missing;
- missing or incorrect zip code;
- missing or incorrect house number or digital code;
- addressee's name is missing or incorrect on the doorbell;
- Please remember that we do not ship to PO boxes.
Extension of return period
