By purchasing a garment on diadora.com, you can create your own account by completing the registration form.  Access to the area reserved for clients will only be possible by means of a personal password, which only you will know and manage.  At the end of the registration procedure, you will receive an e-mail by way of confirmation, where you will see your log in data.

 

YOUR RESERVED AREA

You can amend your data in this section, check your orders and monitor shipments.  If you forget your password, you just have to follow this link to obtain a new one. 

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CANCELLATION

You can amend your registration data at any time whatsoever, always after entering your reserved area.  You may ask to have your account cancelled by sending a request addressed to our Client Care Service. 

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

Everything that you can see on diadora.com is available.  By selecting the garment you wish and entering the product file, you can check its characteristics.  Each garment is sent in made-to-measure packaging, designed in such a way that your order arrives in perfect condition.

 

PURCHASING A PRODUCT

To purchase a product, you have to select it from the catalogue and add it to your “shopping bag”. At this point, you can continue navigating the site to purchase other products or go directly to the checkout and pay.  We would like to remind you that you may purchase a maximum of ten products per order.  To order more of the same product, you just have to amend the quantity of the product chosen directly from the shopping bag. If the quantity requested is unavailable, a notice to this effect will appear. 

 

COMPLETING AN ORDER

In order to complete an order, you have to carefully follow all the purchase procedure phases.  Once the contents of your shopping bag have been confirmed, you will have to choose your preferred method of payment to continue.  If you would like to have a detailed breakdown of the methods of payment accepted by diadora.com, we would like to invite you to carefully read the information set forth on the payments and security page.  Once the purchase procedure has been completed, you will receive an e-mail by way of confirmation that contains your order summary. 

 

CHANGES TO AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT

If you would like to amend an order that has already been completed, you can do so up until it is still “awaiting processing”. Once it starts to be processed, you can no longer change it, but can request its cancellation.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be processed within 24/48 hours from when they are received.  We would like to remind you that diadora.com does not send orders at the weekend and during public holidays.
