If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the products by filling out the online return form within  14 working days from receipt of the shipment (the working days will begin to run from the date on which delivery can be proven). The products must be returned intact and must still have the tag attached to the garment.

The charges incurred by the shipment will be undertaken by the client, as well as his choice of carrier.  Liability for providing for delivery will also be undertaken by the client. 




Once the returned goods have been received, an employee will evaluate the state of the products, reconditioning them. 

We would like to remind you that does not exchange goods, but reimburses the cost of any items returned.  If you wish to change the goods, you will have to make a new order.

Reimbursement will take place on the basis of the method of payment used to complete the purchase, by and no later than thirty days from having received the goods returned.  If you require more information and to find out what the conditions are to assert your withdrawal entitlement in greater detail, you can refer to our legal affairs area.
