RETURNS

WITHDRAWAL ENTITLEMENT

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the products by filling out the online return form within  fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the shipment (the working days will begin to run from the date on which delivery can be proven). The products must be returned intact and must still have the warranty tag attached to each garment. 

 

TERMS FOR CORRECTLY EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

To be able to exercise your right to withdrawal you must respect these simple terms to enable receiving the refund for your purchase:

    • Your notification that you wish to return the products must be filled online within 14 working days at most from the date you received the delivery, otherwise your refund request will not be taken into consideration.
    • The returned products must be sent in a single dispatch and, preferably, in their original packing. Product refunds will not be accepted if the products refer to the same order but are dispatched separately.
    • The products must be returned complete and without any signs of having been used or damaged.

    • flag the item/s you want to return and complete the request
  2. If you are not registered as a user (and ordered as a guest):

EASY RETURN

To return items, use the return label included in the the parcel. Wrap the items, possibly in their original box. Stick the return label over the parcel's previous label. Contact DHL to book the return or follow the return guidelines.

Once a returns form has been completed and confirmation obtained, send the products to:

The shipping fees for the return are at the expenses of Diadora only for orders from Italy, Spain, Germany, France, United Kingdom and United States.  Liability for providing for delivery will be undertaken by the client. 

 

RECEPTION AND MANAGEMENT OF RETURNED GOODS

Once the returned goods have been received, an employee will evaluate the state of the products, reconditioning them. 

We would like to remind you that diadora.com does not exchange goods, but reimburses the cost of any items returned.  If you wish to change the goods, you will have to make a new order.

Reimbursement will take place on the basis of the method of payment used to complete the purchase, by and no later than thirty days from having received the goods returned.  If you require more information and to find out what the conditions are to assert your withdrawal entitlement in greater detail, you can refer to our legal affairs area.
