Can I check the status of my order even if I purchased as a guest?
Of course! You can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail by clicking here: simply enter your order number, the email address used when purchasing and the Postal Code of the billing address to access your order page.
If I purchased as a registered user, where can I find information about my order?
You can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation email or by accessing the "My Orders" page of your user profile; on the information page for each individual order, you will find the status of your order and the tracking code if the order has already been shipped.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
We recommend that you first check the status of the shipment as described in the previous sections. Reports of missing items or delayed delivery thereof can be sent to Diadora's Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can fill out the online form available on the dedicated page or call the toll-free number on the days and times specified.
