Return times and costs

How many days do I have to return an order?

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered for any reason, in accordance with European legislation, you simply have to inform us of your intention to return the products by filling in the online returns form that you can find here (if you are a logged in visitor) - or here if you bought as a guest - within 14 days from the date of delivery (the days will be calculated based on the proof of delivery). If your order included several products that were delivered at different times, the 14 day period will start from the delivery date of each shipment.


How much does it cost to make a return?

Good news! Shipping costs are covered by Diadora, except for the following countries, for which you can find the cost below:

Please make sure that you return the goods using the same courier that delivered the package to you: shipping costs will not be charged only if you use the same courier that made the delivery and follow the instructions found in the ‘How to make a return’ section. If you decide to use a different courier than the one that made the delivery, you are responsible for the shipment.


How to make a return

If you are a registered user:

  • Login to your account;
  • Choose the order you are interested in and indicate the items you want to return and the reason why;
  • Confirm your return;
  • Place the packaged items in a box (preferably the original if possible), use the pre-printed return label that you found inside the original package and stick it on over the previous label. You can also find the return label here;
  • Book DHL pickup by going to the following site (if you already have the waybill, click on the ‘NO’ button), fill in the information and schedule the pickup;
  • Please remember to always take a photo of the label that you attach to your return or to write down the tracking number and keep it safe until your refund has been processed.

2. If you are a non-registered user (guest order):

  • Click here to access the online return form (you will need to enter your order number, the e-mail address and the billing postal code);
  • Choose the items you want to return and the reason why;

Return criteria

We kindly ask that you respect the following conditions in order to get a refund of the purchase price you paid:

  • Products must be returned undamaged and with the tag still attached to each item.
  • Please make sure that the products you are returning are not missing anything (e.g., that you are returning both items of a pair).
  • If you want to return a product, we also ask that you do not use it for anything other than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether you wish to keep it or not. This means that you can try on clothes and/or shoes to check their fit and size, but you cannot wear them outside or wash them.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days in a single shipment and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Items purchased from an authorised Diadora retailer

Refund requests for any item purchased from an authorised diadora retailer will not be accepted or approved. If you have purchased the products from one of our authorised retailers, you must follow the specific return policy of that store. Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged in store.


Refund

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be made to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase, no later than 15 days from when the return is received at our warehouse. Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 10 working days. We will send you an email to inform you when a credit/debit note has been issued. Will shipping costs be refunded?

Shipping costs will always be refunded. If only a part of the order is returned, shipping costs will be refunded to you proportional to the cost of the item out of the total order.


Can I exchange goods?

Please note that diadora.com does not provide exchanges of goods but will refund the cost of returned items. If you want to change your order, you will have to place a new one.
