If you subscribe to this service, Diadora S.p.a. will process any personal data collected to send you an e-mail with the newsletter providing information on its products or services, as well as promotions and invitations to events in which it will participate. The legal basis is the need to pursue such purpose.

The Controller will process your data until the service is terminated or a request to unsubscribe is filed, whichever is earlier.

Disclosure is optional, but refusal to supply your data will result in the impossibility to subscribe to this service.

The Data Subject may unsubscribe from this service at any time. He/she may also request from the Controller access to and rectification, where inaccurate, or erasure of his/her personal data, restriction of the data processing, where the relevant conditions are met, as well as exercise his/her right to data portability.
The Controller does not “sell” personal data within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act, nor does it intend to do so.
The Data Subject may exercise his/her rights by sending the form available here to the Controller at the following e-mail address: privacy@diadora.com. The Data Subject may also lodge a complaint with the competent authorities, i.e., the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali [Italian Data Protection Authority] (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/) or with the United States Federal Trade Commission.
