Shipping and Delivery


Shipments and deliveries of products ordered on Diadora.com will be made exclusively within the national territory of the shipping country that was preselected when you started browsing the site (which can always be changed), except for specific territories (e.g. free zones, overseas territories, areas with special tax regimes, etc.). Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes and mail stop locations.

What are the shipping costs and methods available?

The shipping costs and methods vary for each shipping country. You can check the shipping options available and the shipping costs directly on the checkout page, after you have added your products to the shopping bag.


How long does delivery take?

Diadora will ship ordered products via Express Courier (DHL or UPS), within approximately 24/48 working hours from when the order is accepted. Delivery is generally made within 3 to 5 working days (the times provided for receipt of goods are approximate).


Any customs duties and import taxes by whom are they paid?

In the case of non-EU countries, we inform you that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined once the package reaches your country. Diadora cannot forseen the amounts due for customs duties. If you incur additional costs, these must be paid by you in order for the package to be cleared through customs and delivered. If I missed my delivery, can I book a new delivery slot?

If you miss the delivery of your package that was shipped to the address you indicated, you will have to check directly with the specific courier about how to book a redelivery or arrange collection from the warehouse. If the courier is unable to redeliver the products and returns the purchased products to Diadora, you will be refunded the price paid to the same payment method used to make the initial purchase, minus shipping and storage costs.


How can I check the status of my delivery?

You can track your order using the link in your shipment confirmation email, visiting the dedicated website page in your account (if you are a registered user) or visiting the tracking order page.


I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

Please, make sure to follow the instructions written in the previous question. Anyway, Diadora accepts any reports of product non-delivery or delayed delivery via its Customer Care team at the following email address, infodiadora@diadora.com, contacting us by the online form available at the Contact Us Page or by calling the toll-free on the days and the times indicated on our website.
