If you subscribe to this service, Diadora S.p.a. will process any personal data collected to send you an e-mail with the newsletter providing information on its products or services, as well as promotions and invitations to events in which it will participate. Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organisation
Your data may be transferred, for the purposes for which it was collected, to the United States of America (USA), which is a state not belonging to the European Union. The transfer of personal data to persons located in the USA will take place solely by virtue of the execution by Diadora and the non-EU recipient of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Union Commission (Article 46, paragraph 2, lit. c and d of the Regulation). You may obtain a copy of such data by sending a request to Diadora as specified in the paragraph “Data subjects’ rights” below.

Tracking Pixel
Tracking pixels are minimal-sized, usually invisible images automatically loaded onto the user's device when opening a message. Through tracking pixels, the Data Controller can detect whether and when an email is opened, any subsequent openings, the date and time of viewing, the IP address, technical information relating to the email client and device used, as well as technical identifiers associated with the message and the recipient.
The Data Controller uses tracking pixels for the following purposes:
1. For security purposes related to the user authentication process, its completion or update and, in the case of institutional, contractual, or service messages, to verify the proper delivery and display of messages. Such tracking is necessary to allow the sending and correct receipt of the communication and does not require consent, pursuant to Art. 122, paragraph 1, second sentence, of Legislative Decree 196/2003; without them, the Data Controller is unable to pursue the purposes referred to in this point 1);
2. To detect the overall opening rate of messages (statistical purposes). This tracking occurs in an aggregated and anonymous form and does not require consent;
3. Exclusively in Marketing communications, to measure and improve campaign performance based on observed behavior: for example, by modifying the subject line of messages in case of a low open rate or improving their relevance, legibility, and attractiveness, as well as adapting the frequency of mailings or stopping them based on the interest shown by the recipient. In these cases, the tracking presupposes the consent of the data subject, which is included in the consent granted for Marketing purposes. The withdrawal of consent for this purpose does not affect the receipt of Marketing communications, which will continue to be sent without any tracking referring to the data subject, and does not involve any limitation of the services offered by the Data Controller.
The data collected through tracking pixels are retained, based on their respective scope of use, for the periods of time indicated in the preceding section "Data Retention Period".

Data Subject’s rights
The Data Subject may unsubscribe from this service at any time. He/she may also request from the Controller access to and rectification, where inaccurate, or erasure of his/her personal data, restriction of the data processing, where the relevant conditions are met, as well as exercise his/her right to data portability. Furthermore, through the link present in each received communication, the data subject can withdraw consent, thereby stopping the receipt of all future newsletter messages, or partially withdraw consent only for tracking via tracking pixels while continuing to receive such communications.
The Data Subject may exercise his/her rights by sending the form available here to the Controller at the following e-mail address: privacy@diadora.com. The Data Subject may also lodge a complaint with the competent authorities, i.e., the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali [Italian Data Protection Authority] (www.garanteprivacy.it).
