Purposes and legal basis of the processing
If you subscribe to this service, Diadora S.p.a. will process any personal data collected to send you an e-mail with the newsletter providing information on its products or services, as well as promotions and invitations to events in which it will participate. The legal basis is the need to pursue such purpose.

Data retention period
The Controller will process your data until the service is terminated or a request to unsubscribe is filed, whichever is earlier.

Mandatory or optional disclosure of data and consequences of the refusal of consent
Disclosure is optional, but refusal to supply your data will result in the impossibility to subscribe to this service.

Scope of disclosure and categories of recipients
Exclusively for the purposes specified above, all data collected and processed may be communicated by Diadora to its personnel authorised to process the data by reason of their respective duties, as well as to the following categories of external parties to whom it may be necessary to communicate the data as independent controllers or external processors:

- firms and other entities that provide assistance, consultancy and services of a legal, tax, accounting, economic-financial, technical-organisational, data processing and communication nature;

These recipients, should they process data on behalf of Diadora, are designated as data processors, with a specific contract or other legal act. The updated list of the Recipients of personal data is available upon specific request to the data controller Diadora S.p.a. by the means indicated in the paragraph “Rights of the data subjects” below. No data collected on the Site are disseminated.
The Controller shall not disseminate the data; however, it will disclose it its personnel authorised to carry out the processing as part of their respective duties, as well as to third parties, to the extent that this may be necessary. In order to be tasked with processing the data on behalf of the Controller, those recipients will be appointed as data processors under a specific agreement or other legal document.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organisation
Your data may be transferred, for the purposes for which it was collected, to the United States of America (USA), which is a state not belonging to the European Union. The transfer of personal data to persons located in the USA will take place solely by virtue of the execution by Diadora and the non-EU recipient of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Union Commission (Article 46, paragraph 2, lit. c and d of the Regulation).
